Intelligence Behind the Drying Process
HS DrySense is the monitoring and control layer for our smart solar drying system.
The idea in plain terms
HS DrySense is being developed to make agricultural drying easier to monitor. Sensors track conditions inside the drying system and provide updates that help operators make timely decisions.
An example
A farmer loads produce into the drying chamber and goes to the market. HS DrySense is designed to monitor conditions and send updates or alerts, so the farmer can follow the drying without checking the equipment by hand all day.
What HS DrySense is designed to do
- Temperature monitoring
- Humidity monitoring
- Drying-condition monitoring
- Drying-status estimation
- Mobile or remote alerts
- Fan control and ventilation support
- Sensor-based monitoring
- Automated responses to changing conditions
How the drying process is intended to work
- Solar energy
- Heat collection
- Controlled airflow
- Agricultural drying
- Sensor monitoring
- Operator alerts
